The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.equestri-online.com (the “website”) and your use of the website itself. You may want to print a copy of these for future reference. www.equestri-online.com is owned and operated by EQUESTRI HORSE EQUESTRIAN EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C which is registered in the United Arab Emirates, Register No. 1130353; License No. 703529. The company’s registered office address is at Citadel Tower, 62, Business Bay, Dubai. United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
In these terms “we” refers to www.equestri-online.com and “you” and “your” refers to any visitor to the website or any www.equestri-online.com customer.
Prices, Currency & Payment Details
All prices are shown on the website in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and also accept cash on delivery payments in AED.
When placing your order, you will be requested to select a form of payment for your goods. We offer following forms of payment:
- Credit Card Payment Online
- Cash on delivery (Dirhams only)
- Pay by cheque (Returned cheques due to insufficient funds will attract a penalty fee of AED200. Any cheques completed incorrectly will attract an administration fee of AED50)
All online payments which will include any taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees are processed securely via PayTabs and only cards accepted by PayTabs can make payments. www.equestri-online.com can only accept payment in Dirhams (AED). All currencies will be converted to Dirhams (AED) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
All prices are as stated on the website but www.equestri-online.com reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
All payment should be made in AED. We do not offer to accept other currency. In case of delayed payment or non-payment eQuestri holds the right to cancel or reschedule delivery of your order.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Emirates Platinum Program
eQuestri Online Tack Shop / EQUESTRI HORSE EQUESTRIAN SUPPLIES TRADING LLC is part of the Emirates Group and flydubai Staff Platinum Card Program. This is the official program for all employees, pilots, dnata and associated companies. Offers given for this program are applicable to Emirates and flydubai staff and their dependents in accordance with the program T&C's. Other cards such as Emirates Pilots Club (rebranded as APC) have NO association with this program and will not be accepted. Discount codes must be entered in at point of sale and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. If you have any queries regarding this scheme, please contact Emirates directly. Note: the Emirates Platinum card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Discount only valid for delivery locations in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. eQuestri reserves the right to refuse your order and refund your money if you have claimed the EPC discount and are not located in the above mentioned areas.
It is the sole responsibility of the cardholder to enter in the necessary code at the time of purchase. No discounts can be given retrospectively if the code has not been entered in correctly or is forgotten. eQuestri operate an automated ordering system whereby discount codes must be applied correctly at the time of purchase.
Presentation of card:
All original cards must be shown at time of delivery. If the cardholder is unable to be present, the following alternatives are permitted:
- The original card may be shown on delivery by maids/household staff if customer is not present. Goods will not be delivered if card is not presented.
- An alternative but also valid EPC card belonging to the spouse/partner of the household may be shown if the customer is not present. Goods will not be delivered if card is not presented.
Availability of Goods
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. A representative from www.equestri-online.com will contact you to arrange this via email as soon as possible.
Please allow the following delivery times and costs depending on your location:
“Free Delivery” is applicable only for orders over AED100 that are being delivered to your stable, riding school or equestrian yard within three days of purchase, subject to availability of the item(s) you have ordered. For orders below AED100, there is an AED35 delivery charge.
Separate delivery times and additional charges apply for deliveries to locations other than your stable, riding school or equestrian yard (like your home or office for example):
- For other locations in Dubai: AED35 will apply and items will be delivered within five working days, subject to availability of the item(s) ordered.
Abu Dhabi & Al Ain:
“Free Delivery” is applicable only for orders over AED400 that are being delivered to your desired location within five days of purchase, subject to availability of the item(s) you have ordered. For orders below AED400, there is an AED50 delivery charge.
Northern Emirates (including Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah & Umm al-Quwain):
“Free Delivery” is applicable only for orders over AED250 that are being delivered to your desired location within seven days of purchase, subject to availability of the item(s) you have ordered. For orders below AED250, there is an AED50 delivery charge.
Outside the UAE:
For country’s outside of the United Arab Emirates shipping costs are excluded from the quoted prices and a separate shipping quotation will be sent to you when you order. We highly recommend the use of an Aramex Shop & Ship Account for orders outside the UAE – this will be a cost-effective way to receive your goods and we will deliver your items securely packaged to the Shop & Ship departure office.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case of non-delivery please wait seven working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within three days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund or store credit of the cost of the goods.
Complaints & Queries
Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we will use all reasonable endeavors to respond to you in a timely manner, within three working days.
